Ticketing and event platform

Access booking is operated by Weezevent. The My Locotech networking programme will be configured later on the Swapcard platform. Before it opens, attendees will receive dedicated information about enabled features and the processing of their data within this platform.

Data used

Depending on the features used, Locotech may process contact information provided for bookings, partner requests and information strictly necessary to organise the Summit. If the Swapcard platform is activated, only data useful for the invitation, attendee profile, programme and meetings may be shared in this context.

Purposes

This data is used to manage bookings, respond to partner requests, organise the Summit and, once the platform is open, facilitate event information and networking between attendees. No public profile will be activated without proper configuration and information.

Recipients and providers

Data is accessible to authorised Locotech Lab staff and, depending on organisational needs, to the relevant ticketing and event-platform providers, including Weezevent and later Swapcard.

Retention

Data is retained for the time necessary to organise the Summit and its immediate follow-up, then deleted or archived when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data; exercise your right to object when applicable; and request portability of relevant data. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL).

Automated decision-making

Locotech Lab does not make decisions producing legal effects on you based on automated profiling.
